San Diego Health Finder is an android app that uses data provided by the City of San Diego. It allows the San Diego Community to easily find helpful city services related to their health.The app is separated into 5 main health service areas, Adult Day Care, Clinics, Group Homes, Hospitals, and Women/Infant/Children (WIC). Select a service area to see a list of offices providing that particular service. Select an office to see details about that office, including address, phone number, driving directions, website (if available) and more.Mayor Sanders and the city of San Diego have challenged software developers in the community to create apps using city and partner data in innovative ways to enhance city services and improve the quality of life for San Diegans. As a result, Apphouse Software has provided this app to the public and for submission to the San Diego Apps Challenge.
